Coester
Appraisal Group is seeking appraisers nationwide! Only
professional appraisers with an established track record of
performance and integrity are accepted by the Coester Appraisal Group. In order to become a member of our network, an appraiser must
posses the following qualifications:

- The appraiser must hold a valid state appraisal license or certification and that license or certification must be in good standing.

- The appraiser may not be on the current exclusionary list of major lenders as supplied to Coester
Appraisal by those lenders.
|
- The appraiser may not have ever had their appraisers license or certification revoked for reasons relating to a breach of professional ethics or criminal misconduct.
|
- The appraiser must provide Coester Appraisal Group with all necessary and up-to-date contact and tax information.
|
- The appraiser will provide Coester Appraisal Group with a list of certifications and designations from nationally recognized granting organizations (such as The Appraisal Institute, HUD, FHA and others).
|
- The appraiser must have a valid email address and web access account as well as the ability to produce and transmit appraisals with digital photographs, digital signatures and in Adobe Acrobat format.

About working with Coester Appraisal Group
Payment:
Vendor payments are made on net 30 terms. The clock starts once the report is received, reviewed and accepted.
We are currently working on direct
deposit and will be able to offer same day
payment.

Work Volume:
Volume will vary based on geographic location some of our vendors receive hundreds of orders per month while others only a few. The best thing for you as a vendor is to do the best you can on all of your appraisals and we will make sure that you are getting work.
Appraisal Fee:
This varies county by county and state by state. Our payments is fair and is respectful of the appraisers time and professionalism. In no way are we looking for the lowest bidder. We look for quality appraisal in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. We do understand that cost and product are directly related and work hard to pay our vendors as much as possible.
Service Level Expectations:
We expect you to be truthful, honest and realistic. The company was founded by and run by appraisers and we know all the tricks as well as how long things really do take and can very easily tell what type of appraiser you are and the amount of work put into an appraisal. Do the best you can and perform to the best of your ability at all times as we will review your appraisals often.
36 Hour Rule:
Communication is a must and we expect all of
our vendors to be responsive. Coester expects
a response on all inquiries within 36 hours or
the order may be re-assigned and no payment
will be made. This is applicable even after
the inspection and for revisions. We
understand some things will take several days
or even weeks to complete however being
unresponsive is not acceptable. We are always
one e-mail or phone call away.
