We have integrated every appraiser in the U.S. into our system and enable you to enter the property address, enter the appraisers last name and license number and it will automatically map the distance from the appraisers location. It is based on the logic of "contain" and you dont have to have the exact address.
Find Appraiser - So you find out the appraiser drove 100 miles to get to the property, but is this ok? The "find appraiser" tool will tell you if it is. Once you enter the properties information and select a search radius it will search and map all appraisers within the subject's market area. The value of this is to analyze the distance the appraiser traveled is acceptable within the market area. If there are 100 appraisers within 1 mile of the subject an appraiser driving 100 miles might be unacceptable however if there are only 5 appraisers within 100 miles its more than likely the distance is acceptable.
