Appraisers:

We only use certified appraisers that are FHA
approved. We have every certified appraiser in the
United States in our system, which totals to over
150,000. We do this to ensure quality of work but also
to have the ability for our
convertible appraisal. We only use the best
appraisals and the most qualified in the area we ensure
compliance with
Appraisal
Sub-Committee as well as ensure the appraiser is not
on any investors watch or do not use lists.

Guarantee:
We offer a 100% Guarantee on all appraisal ordered. If
the quality of the appraisal is questioned we will order
a desk review if the desk review indicates poor quality
we will pay for a second appraisal with no charge to the
borrower or the client.

36 Hour Rule:
All of our vendors have a service level
agreement for responsiveness and professionalism. We
want to do business with people who want to do business
and ensure things move along. At any given time if we
can not get in touch with the appraiser during normal
business hours and after multiple e-mails or phone calls
the order will be re-assign and a rush appraisal will be
ordered to another qualified vendor. This is at any
given point in the appraisal process and is ensure the
client gets the level of service deserved.

| Turnaround from inspection to hardcopy: |
| Our turnaround time for an appraisal is 24 – 48 hours from the time of inspection to a hard copy report. |
| Total Turnaround time: |
Turnaround times will vary from state to state but typically will be 5-7 days from the original order date. This is dependent on the borrower being available within 3 days of the order.
Delivery:
We can deliver your appraisal in any format
from a traditional PDF to an
XML Data file as well as through our custom online
delivery system or through
RealEC
and
AppraisalPort. If a hardcopy is needed this can also
be arranged.
