We only use the best, most qualified, certified and FHA approved appraisers. Every certified appraiser in the United States is in our system, which totals to over 150,000. This not only ensures the quality of work but also the ability of our convertible appraisal. We make sure they are in compliance with Appraisal Sub-Committee as well as ensure the appraisers are not on any "Investors Watch" or "Do Not Use" lists.

Guarantee:
We offer a 100% Guarantee on all ordered appraisals. If the quality of the appraisal is questioned, we will order a desk review. If the desk review indicates poor quality we will pay for a second appraisal with no charge to the borrower or client.

36-Hour Rule:
All of our vendors have a service level agreement for responsiveness and professionalism. We want to do business with business-focused people and ensure that things move along. If at any given time we cannot get in touch with the appraiser during normal business hours and/or after multiple e-mails or phone calls the order will be re-assigned and a rush appraisal will be ordered to another qualified vendor. This may occur at any given point in the appraisal process and ensures the client gets the level of service deserved.

Turnaround times vary from state to state are typically 5-7 days from the original order date, depending upon the borrower’s availability within 3 days of the order.

We can deliver your appraisal in any format from a traditional PDF to an
XML Data file as well as through our custom online delivery system or
RealEC

AppraisalPort. If a hardcopy is needed this can also be arranged.
