 Most claim to be an "Appraisal Management Company" however, they are essentially "Appraiser Management Companies". Whether it´s a company with vendors or staff appraisers the person you are speaking with on the phone is rarely the actual appraiser completing the report. The quality of the product and timeliness is directly related to the effectiveness of managing the relationship between the office staff, staff appraiser, vendor and client. Over the years we have established such good relationships that some have come and joined our staff to become apart of our nationwide team of staff appraisers.

We are an appraisal company in the traditional sense. We have staff appraisers that work just for us and only do our appraisals. This is not in all market areas; however, this gives up a great advantage regardless as we can not only get the appraisal done much faster but also provide an appraiser´s prospective on in house reviews and quality control. This gives your company a fresh prospective of problem solving and the ability to come from an expert´s prospective on day-to-day business. Our office is comprised of mortgage professionals, licensed appraisers, and appraisers in training. We will not hire anyone else.
