Appraisal Fee's:

Fee's vary county-by-county and state-by-state and assignment to assignment. There is no "set" fee nor is there a minimum or maximum fee. Our payments are fair and respectful of the appraiser’s time and professionalism. In no way are we looking for the lowest bidder. We look for a quality appraisal in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. We do understand that cost and product are directly related and work hard to pay our vendors as much as possible.
